SHIPPING POLICY
At Snugsnugcloth, we ship our products worldwide. You may contact us for a tracking and delivery time prior to purchasing any item for your peace of mind. Please give us your postcode so we can give you an estimated delivery date before shipping out.
Snugsnugcloth offers direct shipping to your door using various carriers depending on your location. As such, a physical street address must be provided for all orders as we cannot delivery to PO Boxes. At Snugsnugcloth, we offer you added peace of mind by having every item insured against loss, damage and theft whilst in transit at no extra charge.
All items are usually dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 working days (excluding third party) of receiving cleared payment.
The courier we use normally are EMS, Fedex, USPS and DHL.
Estimated Delivery Time Frame:
1. Orders over $50 (5-10 business days, US shipments only, does not include AK/HI/U.S. Territories)
2. Ground Shipping (3-7 business days, US shipments only, does not include AK/HI/U.S. Territories)
3. 2-Day Delivery (US shipments only, does not include U.S. Territories)
4. 1-Day Delivery (US shipments only, does not include U.S. Territories)
5. International Delivery, Canada and U.S. Territories only (other charges may apply)
Customers will be provided a tracking number once items have been dispatched. As all deliveries are made via courier, it is important to ensure someone is available on the day of delivery as a signature will be required. On most occasions, someone will be required to assist the driver on arrival as part of the pre-arranged delivery service.
Customers must ensure they are on-site when the delivery is attempted otherwise a redelivery fee may be charged.
Delivery times vary depending on your location however please allow up to 3~10 working days to receive your goods although it will generally be sooner.
